This year’s E3 show is coming up, and id Software apparently has some surprises on the way.

Their upcoming titles Wolfenstein, Rage, and Doom 4 each have a strong possibility of making an appearance at the expedition. Additionally, Todd Hollenshead of id recently dropped the hint that new projects not yet announced might be revealed as well.

He also offered some insight on Doom 4. Despite the number “4” appearing in the title, the game is “not a sequel to Doom 3, but it’s not a reboot either.”

E3 will be taking place June 2-4, so more concrete details should be available soon enough.
